I am a masters-level marriage and family therapist and who provides quality and engaged mental health care rooted in theological integration. For Christians, finding a therapist who shares your faith is important. I am glad to join with clients to support and encourage them in their faith and healing journey in a way that feels nonjudgemental.

My practice is exclusively telehealth. I don’t have a brick and mortar office. I see clients and hold sessions via technology! I am able to provide quality therapy via secure video and phone.
It’s essential for me that my clients get personalized treatment, suggestions, and input. I also firmly believe that a good fit is vital for therapy to be a benefit. Rather than do things the typical “one size fits all way”, I create a system and treatment plan designed around my clients’ wants and needs. I pursue education and training, if necessary, for the issues my clients are facing so I can better help them.

Online, utilizing the Prepare/Enrich assessment, this time will be spent evaluating the results of your assessment navigating areas of growth and strengthening your relationship as you move towards your wedding day and look beyond to marriage.
