Life’s guarantees
So far, I have discovered four givens in life: death, taxes, change, and conflict. They are inescapable and impact everyone.
Suffering as a result of something or someone is a common experience. It can bring up so much frustration, confusion, pain, and leave us feeling paralyzed. Why not learn to lean into these painful instances? Life doesn’t have to be marked by the absence of troubles; we can learn to process and interact with these troubling, unfulfilling, and confusing circumstances differently and with more confidence.

Proper support, education, tools, and understanding help each of us not repeat patterns and dynamics. Making a choice to leave things and ways behind that no longer fit. I will join you with warmth and attunement to explore these patterns and dynamics that feel so awful and hold you back. I will stand in the gap and offer practical and meaningful ways to move towards psychological, emotional, and spiritual wholeness with respect, joy, and dignity.
